Inversion Sequence Forward Facing Entry

This is an inversion sequence in our Forward Facing Entry. Ensure that the swing is a little higher than usual (below the belly button), just to make sure the head is off the ground.

– Down Dog Swing
– Pincha Prep
– Forearm Plank
– Childs Pose
