Terms of Service

1. General


1.1 For purposes of these General Terms and Conditions and elsewhere on the website, “Airo Yoga” means Airo Yoga Pte. Ltd., ACCRA: 201829746N. Airo Yoga’s head office is located at 10 Anson Street, #23-05, International Plaza, Singapore, 079903; email address: letsswing@airoyoga.com


1.2 Airo Yoga provides its Site to its users to enhance their yoga experience by purchasing quality aerial yoga products and tickets for upcoming workshops and Airo Yoga teacher trainings.


1.3 Always consult your physician before starting a new exercise regimen. If you experience any pain, dizziness, discomfort or difficulty while practicing Airo Yoga on an Airo Yoga Swing, please stop and consult your physician. Engaging in any exercise regimen involves the risk of injury.


1.4 Airo Yoga shall not be liable for any claims for injuries or damages resulting from or connected with the use of our Products.


2. Application


2.1 These General Terms and Conditions will apply to any and all agreements and legal relations pursuant to which Airo Yoga acts as supplier of items and a provider of services.


2.2 All of Airo Yoga’s Services – including the Site – are intended for adult audiences only and are not intended for or directed to anyone under 16 years of age. Therefore, no one under 16 years of age is allowed to create an account with Airo Yoga, make purchases from the Sites, or otherwise use the Services, including the Site.


2.3 Users must be over 18 years old to use several features of our Services – including purchasing goods, workshops and training tickets. By using these Services, users attest that they are over 16 years of age, forming a binding contract with Airo Yoga, and complying with these Terms and all applicable local and international laws, rules, and regulations.


3. Product specifications; pricing; typographical errors


3.1 Airo Yoga will not be required to execute an order or compensate a buyer for any loss if Airo Yoga made an error when presenting the item, formulating its characteristics or stating its price, and
i) it should have been clear to the buyer that such involved a printing error; or
ii) if the buyer should not, under the circumstances, have reasonably relied on Airo Yoga delivering quoted item, with stated characteristics, at this price.


4. Prices


4.1 Products and Services sold by Airo Yoga are billed in Singapore Dollars (S $) and include GST (7%).


5. Market


5.1 Purchase agreements are concluded with natural persons not acting in the course of a profession or business only. Therefore any GST charged will not at any time be refunded.


6. Payments and Procedures for Workshops and Trainings


6.1 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of application. For the standard rate, full payment is due 2 weeks prior to event commencement. After this date, full payment for new registration is due immediately.


6.2 If a trainee withdraws from the program, the 50% Deposit is non-refundable. However, we can transfer it to a future training, less a S$100 administrative fee. Credit can only be used for our 50-Hour Foundational Airo Yoga Teacher Training or Airo Yoga Workshop.


6.3 If a trainee withdraws 30 days+ from a program, 50% of the cost is refunded, less the deposit.


6.4 If a trainee withdraws 15 days+ from a program, 25% of the cost is refunded, less the deposit.


6.5 If a trainee withdraws one week from a program’s commencement, full cost is forfeited.


7. Event Cancellation


7.1 In the unlikely event a program is cancelled, funds will be transferred to the next available training date. 50% deposit will be non-refundable. Travel expenditures will not be reimbursed, and are considered each individual’s own liability. We strongly encourage students to purchase travel Insurance.


8. Discount Policy


8.1 If you received a discount, please note that only one discount may be applied per application. You can however combine your referral credit with a discount.


9. Make-Up Policy Teacher Trainings


9.1 For every four hours of class time missed, you will be required to make up the material with one private session. Material will be made up privately with one of the lead teachers at an additional cost. It is the students’ responsibility to keep up with their attendance requirements and to make up missed sessions. If students miss more than 20 percent of the course you will need to repeat parts or take an equivalency in order to receive your certification.


10. Certification and Accreditation


10.1 Airo Yoga Pte. Ltd. may use discretion based on each individual’s readiness (performance and assessment) to award completion of any certification.


10.2 Certification is given under Airo Yoga a YACEP accredited course by Yoga Alliance.


10.3 Airo Yoga reserves the right to revoke certification due to teacher malpractice, misrepresentation of the brand, fraud and/or acting in bad faith.


11. Payments


11.1 Payment is accepted via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). Online credit card transactions will be acquired for Airo Yoga by Stripe Checkout. Stripe uses tokenized encryption and no credit card details are stored. Users may go to their website to view their security certificates and security policies.


12. Agreements of Sale


12.1 Placing an item in a shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle, does not constitute an agreement of sale between Airo Yoga and the purchaser. An agreement of sale between Airo Yoga and a user only comes into effect if and when a credit card authorisation is received from the issuing bank.


12.2 Airo Yoga reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. Airo Yoga also reserves the right to in its sole discretion cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate, in which event Airo Yoga shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user.


13. Stock and Ticket Availability


13.1 Stock and tickets on offer are limited. Airo Yoga shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock/tickets are no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Airo Yoga shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices.


14. Costs of Delivering the Items


14.1 All prices of the items posted on the website are exclusive of delivery costs unless otherwise stated.


14.2 Delivery costs will be stated separately when settling the order and may vary daily and for each order.


15. Deliveries and Delivery Period


15.1 Airo Yoga shall endeavour to supply the items ordered, provided that Airo Yoga has such items in stock, to the delivery address within 7 – 25 working days of the order confirmation and the required receipt of payment. Prior to delivering an order, the buyer may be contacted to verify the correctness of the order. This may cause some delay in delivery. When registering, buyers must state a telephone number on which they can be reached during the day (such as their number at work or a mobile phone number), so that the delay, if any, will be as short as possible.


15.2 The delivery periods referred to above are of an indicative nature only. Should any order not be delivered within 30 days, the buyer will be entitled to cancel the order at no charge.


15.3 Airo Yoga shall arrange delivery by post or dispatch orders in any other way, at Airo Yoga’s sole discretion. Note that a signature will be required for receipt of all residential deliveries.


15.4 Airo Yoga is not liable for any additional import tax and duties that may be charged to the customer and the port of arrival.


16. Product Returns / Refunds Policy


16.1 Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied or the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery. In such an instance Airo Yoga will exchange the product on condition that


(i) the product is returned in its original condition – including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories and
(ii) the customer returns the product within seven days of receipt and confirms same by sending a written notice to letsswing@airoyoga.com (within abovementioned seven day period).
(iii) All returns must be shipped freight (and insurance) prepaid. The onus is on the customer to ensure that the goods returned are received by Airo Yoga within 20 days of written notice.
On receipt and acceptance of returned product Airo Yoga will make all reasonable effort to exchange said product, but if replacement is not possible Airo Yoga will refund the purchase price, including delivery cost. Such amount will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation, beginning on the day written notice was given.


16.2 The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this Section:
– faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
– damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
– damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
– damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product;
– where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.


17. Changes To Agreement


17.1 Airo Yoga may, at its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.


18. Intellectual Property Rights


18.1 All the content and data on this web site, including but not limited to, software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs and agreements, are the property of or licensed to Airo Yoga and as such are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.


18.2 All rights in the trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, product names, product packaging and designs of Airo Yoga or third parties whether or not appearing in large print or with the trademark symbol, belong exclusively to us or their respective owners and are protected under national and international trademark and copyright laws. You are not permitted to reproduce, download or otherwise use such trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, product names, product packaging and designs without the prior express written consent of the owner of such mark. All use of Airo Yoga Alliance trademarks is subject to the Trademark Usage Guidelines.


19. Applicable Law


19.1 These Terms and Conditions and a Contract (and all non-Contractual obligations arising out of or connected to them) shall be governed and construed in accordance with Singapore Law. Both we and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singaporean Courts. All dealings, correspondence and contacts shall be made or conducted in the English language




You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Airo Yoga, its, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless, at your sole expense, from and against any claim, action, legal proceeding, damages, liability, settlements, expenses (including reasonably attorneys ́ fees) and other costs arising out of or relating to (a) your access or use of the Services; (b) your content; (c) your breach of these Terms or the documents it incorporates by reference; (d) your negligence or misconduct; or (e) a claim that your use of any Services infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or other rights of a third party. Airo Yoga may, at its sole discretion, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. The assumption of such defense or control by us, however, shall not excuse any of your indemnity obligations.




Airo Yoga does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use, validity, accuracy, reliability of, or otherwise respecting the content available on this website or any other websites linked to or from this website. Downloading or otherwise obtaining any content through this website is done at your own risk. The content of this website is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent possible under applicable law, Airo Yoga disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
