Developed by Airo Yoga’s creator, Natalie Basch, the three-hour Airo Yoga workshops familiarise students with the custom swing and highlight the concept of mindfulness through play.
Open to all levels, Airo Yoga is perfect for yogis and non-yogis, fitness fanatics to gym dabblers, ravers to ecstatic dancers.
During the workshops, students learn how to move through set sequences which are designed to build heat, strengthen and stretch the muscles, and activate the cells. Through fun and playful poses, students experience their bodies in a completely new way!
